A new technical support Forum has been added to Ovation Systems website and all users of Ovation's products are invited to apply for a username and password.

Initially concentrating on AfterBurner, the time-lapse DVD recorder for police surveillance operations, the Forum will enable users to participate in discussions regarding the use, deployment and future development of our product range.

Gordon Moore. the mediator of the Forum said, “With several thousand Ovation units in active service with police organisations around the world, a Forum is the logical step to share experiences and allow users to give feedback. The new Forum is an additional tool in our commitment to support our customers, in both after-sales and improving our products' effectiveness in the field.”

As many customers are from Law Enforcement organisations, the Forum is only available to registered users. To participate in the Forum, email ForumAdmin@ovation.co.uk with your name, organisation and the serial number of one of your units to obtain a username and password. Once logged in, you will be able to view all posts and participate in current discussion threads.
