The ISO9001 quality standard has recently been expanded and improved to incorporate a full company-wide quality management system (or QMS). This new ISO9001:2015 standard not only involves production processes but also how quality objectives are defined, managed and measured throughout an organisation. This is a major advance from the previous standard and the company has invested significant time and effort in improving its internal systems and processes to meet this new and exciting standard.
